EXTRUSION

We serve you with a production capacity of 30.000 tonnes/year in our facility. We are able to produce profiles with 6*** series, 6082, 6005A, 6005A, 6061, 6351 and also 1*** series alloys in accordance with customer requirements in terms of quality, chemical and mechanical properties.

In addition, we can direct the materials requested by our customers according to the usage area with our experience from the past. We can produce electrostatic painted and anodised products.

Profile production from 50 grams up to 80 kilograms; 240 mm diameter pipe, 200 mm diameter solid bar, 330 x 100 mm rectangular box, 210 x 210 mm box, 400 x 80 mm lamella dimensions show our maximum production capacity.

CASTING SHOP

As PMS Aluminium, we are distinguished from our competitors with our foundry that produces within the extrusion plant.

Our company has 4 extrusion presses (1350 tonnes – 6‘’, 2400 tonnes – 8‘’, 2700 tonnes – 9,‘’ 3500 tonnes – 10‘’) and 3 thermal furnaces.

MOLDING SHOP

We meet our mould requirements for our profile production with our experienced technical staff and state-of-the-art CNC machines in the most efficient way according to precise tolerance and alloy diversity.

In mould design, we advise our customers in terms of profile design and manufacturability. We manufacture approximately 1000 moulds per year with the highest level of quality, dimensional tolerance precision, profile surface precision, mould life and productivity.

DYEHOUSE

Our electrostatic powder coating facility, with its state-of-the-art automatic system, processes RAL colors with different brightnesses as well as special color profiles requested by our customers. Profiles up to the desired length can be processed in our pools where the investment has been completed.

Our company, which prioritizes environmental awareness, prefers to use the ‘Cromfree’ process and organic solvent-free paints that it uses in surface pretreatment. We provide high quality service to our customers with our electrostatic powder coating facility.

MECHANICAL PROFILE PROCESSING

We provide services especially to the leading companies of the automotive sector with all alloys produced in our machining department and the materials processed in our machine park in line with the desired processes.

With ELUMATEC SBZ 150 6-axis CNC, all kinds of aluminium profile machining processes such as milling, drilling and cutting can be applied with 5 axis directions up to 22,000 rpm in 6000X 900Y 600Z axis ranges.

DG 244 DOUBLE HEAD CUTTING With CNC, profiles in the length range of 375 – 6000 can be cut up to 450 mm width with + – 0.2 mm precision with 2 Ø550 saws of 4 kW. With its angled cutting heads, 45-90 degree standard and intermediate dimensions can be cut specially. For special processes, shorter profiles can be cut with a special stop.

With SOCO HHS-610NFA-NC, all kinds of single or multiple profile cuts up to 410 x 190 can be made with Ø400-Ø610 15 Hp saw in the range of 10-500 mm with a tolerance of + – 0.2 mm.

With SOCO HMC-600NFA-NC, all kinds of single or multiple pipe-square section profile cutting up to 410 x 190 can be performed with Ø400-Ø610 15 Hp saw in the range of – 500 mm up to + – 0.2 mm tolerance.

 

With JIH 455-L Automatic Cutting Machine, all kinds of single or multiple profile cutting up to 400×175 size can be done with Ø400-Ø610 15 Hp saw in the range of 10-1350 mm with a tolerance of + – 0.1 mm.

MAZAK MP6100 double turret and double chuck, Ø 80 with cutfeeder cutting drive and Ø38 mm with barfeeder cutting drive, pipe profile machining can be performed with precision machining tolerances.

HASS VF3-SS Vertical Machining Centre has the capacity to perform multiple operations in diffuser system with 12.000 rpm spindle with 24 tools in 1016 x 508 x 635 mm axis spacing. Special lubrication system, tool length measuring and part reference measuring systems are available. High tool change and rapid feed rates provide high performance in mass production processes.

SOCO DEF-FA 85SS Fully Automatic Double Sided Chamfering machine can chamfer double sided pipes from Ø25 to Ø80 mm in lengths of 20-300 mm. Although it varies according to the process, it has a daily pipe processing capacity of 10.000 pieces.

SOLAR

Combining our 35 years of aluminium experience with our work with expert leaders in the field, we have signed many projects.

With this experience, we are able to design new systems in field and roof constructions and offer solutions according to the needs and we can offer special products for climate conditions in terms of strength and mechanical values by producing with special alloys. In addition, we are able to provide high quality solution partnership with the use of mechanical processing and different materials in connection equipment.

In solar aluminium frames, we manufacture A+ solar panel frames with our own production processing machines, we work with precise tolerances in desired values and dimensions and provide fast and trouble-free return to demands.

In our extrusion press line, we produce durable aluminium profiles with our qualified equipment and technological infrastructure that meets the future. We strengthen our production competencies with our casting line and aluminium extrusion investment we have developed in this direction, and we respond to the demands of our customers quickly and efficiently.

LAB

The production process is controlled from the melting of the raw material to the packaging stage by means of our test devices such as spectrometer, tensile tester, sample heat treatment furnace, and viscosity device in our laboratory.

Our products comply with AA, EN and ASTM norms.

PACKAGING

In accordance with international packaging standards, packaging is made with waterproof wooden pallets.

All our packages have test certificates.

The annual production capacity of our enterprise is 30.000 tonnes.
