Bursa, 16.10.2023 – PMS Aluminium, which has been producing in the aluminium sector since 1988 and is one of the most important manufacturers of the sector in Turkey, took its place at the 8th International Aluminium Technologies, Machinery and Products Specialised Fair (ALUEXPO 2023).
During the fair, PMS brought its innovative solutions developed with the latest technology to the visitors at the stand numbered H1-C120.
Making statements about the fair held between 12-14 October, PMS Aluminium Board Member Merve Önsever Çağlayan said that they left ALUEXPO 2023 behind with successful results and new business contacts.
Çağlayan stated that they brought their latest technologies and product groups together with the visitors during the fair and said, ‘At ALUEXPO 2023, one of the most important meetings of the aluminium sector, we exhibited our innovative and innovative solutions that we developed with advanced technology. We came together with our customers at the fair and we made new business contacts by making many bilateral business meetings.’
Stating that fairs offer great opportunities for the development and progress of the sector, Çağlayan emphasised that for this reason, they take care to take an active part in almost every organisation related to their sector.
We have reached a strong R&D infrastructure
Stating that they continue to work rapidly with their expert staff with the aim of providing the solutions needed by the sector, Çağlayan said, ‘We will continue to continuously improve ourselves and incorporate new technologies in order to contribute to the development of our sector. We have reached a very strong R&D infrastructure with our new factory in TEKNOSAB. We will continue to implement beautiful projects that will make a difference in the sector with the work we carry out in our R&D Centre.”
Çağlayan underlined that they act with the priority of domestic and national production and added that they will continue to produce with the principle of continuous development and meet the aluminium needs of different sectors in the highest quality.
Award to PMS for ‘One Step for the Future’ project
On the other hand, in the ‘Be a Part of Recycling’ project competition organised by the Turkish Aluminium Industrialists‘ Association (TALSAD), PMS Aluminium’s “One Step for the Future” project was awarded the 3rd prize and the awards were distributed at the award ceremony held with the joint opening cocktail of ALUS’11 and AluExpo.
PMS Aluminium sponsored the award ceremony and a plaque of appreciation was presented to Rasim Erdoğan, Executive Board Member of PMS Aluminium.
Within the scope of the award-winning project, the product quality values of the final products produced from 100% primary aluminium by using 100% scrap in 6082 alloy billet casting were achieved.
