From casting and billet production to the die shop, from extrusion presses to mechanical and surface-treatment lines, PMS Aluminium runs every process under one roof. With an R&D Centre of more than 30 specialists and laboratories for materials development, simulation and quality, PMS Aluminium offers a wide range of solutions from customer-specific alloys to series production.
Today we operate at Bursa DOSAB (Osmangazi) and TEKNOSAB (Karacabey). At TEKNOSAB we produce on 108,000 m²; the DOSAB plant is used in addition to this area. We employ more than 600 people. Listed in Türkiye’s ISO 500, PMS Aluminium continues to work for many industries that prefer aluminium, including rail systems, automotive, energy, construction, machinery, marine and industrial applications.

TEKNOSAB investment started.
Anodising plant commissioned.
A foundry with 6, 8, 9, 10 and 14-inch billet-casting capability was established. Our 10-inch extrusion press was commissioned. Our 8-inch extrusion press was commissioned.
Billet UT inspection started. The mechanical machining plant moved to TEKNOSAB. The die-shop plant moved to TEKNOSAB. Investment was made in a nitriding, die-washing and cleaning machine.
A fully automatic solar-frame machine was built.
Our head office moved to TEKNOSAB. A 5-axis machine investment was made. Our 14-inch extrusion press was commissioned.
Our 6-inch and 8-inch extrusion presses were moved to the TEKNOSAB site.

In 2005 we became the first company in Türkiye to bring profile and flat-product production under one roof, setting ourselves apart with an integrated structure. The casting line commissioned in 2019 significantly increased our sheet capacity.
PMS Aluminium operates on a total of 36,000 m² across three plants in Bursa Demirtaş Organized Industrial Zone and employs 450 people. With a modern machine park and production lines we offer high-precision, project-specific solutions.
PMS Aluminium continues to invest in capacity and technology. The TEKNOSAB project, with an investment of around EUR 50 million, aims to support production processes with the most modern technologies.
