Foundry
Two 25-tonne melting furnaces give an annual casting capacity of 45,000 tonnes. 1xxx, 6xxx and 7xxx series alloys; 6, 8, 9, 10 and 14-inch billet. Traceable production with homogenisation and ultrasonic testing (UT).
Extrusion Plant
Die shop
Dies are designed and manufactured in-house. Machining capability up to 950 mm diameter; around 1,000 dies a year.
Surface treatments
Anodising and electrostatic powder coating under one roof. Annual capacity: 4,500 tonnes anodising, 3,000 tonnes powder coating. RAL and special colours.
Mechanical machining
Profile-specific mechanical machining is offered with 5-axis machining, turning, cutting and welding lines.
Solar
Profile solutions are produced for solar-energy systems.
Extrusion press line
6 extrusion presses: 14″, 10″, 9″, 8″ and 6″. Tube up to 470 mm, box 350×350 mm and profiles up to 150 kg.
Laboratory
Products conform to AA, EN and ASTM standards. Spectrometer, tensile testing, CMM and microstructure examinations are carried out in our laboratory.
Logistics
Finished goods are packed for protection and prepared for dispatch. Delivery planning is managed by order.
